When they arrived, he took a look at the space and immediately got to work. Dominic was immensely friendly and talked to me about the steps they were taking and how they were handling the cleaning and stains. He offers to price match any other offers other carpet cleaners give you, but I'm certain you won't need it. Rockstar provides the best, most affordable carpet cleaning in Sacramento. I said no that is hand made wool and I've... read more been having to take it to a special carpet place that does that kind of carpet. Dominic without sales pressure, said his method, and solution is safe for wool, and would not be getting the carpet wet  to go though to the back, and get the wooden floor wet.
The other 8x10 carpet was also a concern of mine  it sits on a floor that could warp if it gets wet with water coming through the back of the carpet. Bottom line, I just felt Dominic was being honest about his work, and let him do them both. Wow! my carpets never looked more beautiful, and the backing was dry. His equipment is not in his truck, it was brought in the house and done differently than I had ever had before with light steam.
I am a senior and have had carpet cleaning done for many years. Dominic, will be my go to person in the future. So if you are looking for the best carpet cleaning company for your carpets, at a very fair price, Dominic is the Rockstar.
